I have been to many football games, but the FlaFlu derby in Maracana was a once-in-a-lifetime experience – also thanks to our guide Mattheus. This guy „breathes“ football and Flamengo. He made sure that we get the real Rio derby experience including pre-Game gatherings with the fans and seats right in between the most passionate supporters. He made sure we’re feeling comfortable and are safe the entire night. This wouldn’t have been possible without him. Obrigado!

A highlight of our 10 days in Brazil was with Matheus and seeing a Flamengo match. We booked this 6 weeks in advance, as our family loves to see games while traveling.
