Hello! I'm Matheus Morais, a football fanatic and a resident of Rio de Janeiro, with 30 years of unconditional love for Flamengo! Since childhood, the energy of the stands and the excitement of supporting for my club have been an essential part of my life! In addition to football, I enjoy exploring new destinations, trying different cuisines and enjoying a good beer!

I have no shortage of experience! Since 2018 at Homefans, I have had the privilege of guiding groups of fans to the best games in the city, providing a unique experience for those who want to experience the magic of Rio de Janeiro football up close! I also have the honor of being the Manager of Homefans in Brazil, where I help travelers create unforgettable moments at soccer matches in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo! I look forward to seeing you!

I went with Matheus for the Fluminense - Flamengo game in July 2023. Fantastic to finally go to the famous Maracanã, where Brazil lost to Uruguay back in 1950 at the World Cup. This stadium is one of the 7 wonders of the world, so I was thrilled to go. Matheus and I had a great talk about football and he guided in a safe and good way, which allowed a family with 3 kids to even join👍 Everything was amazing and glad I finally could tick off that stadium on my list😊🙏

We booked a matchday experience with Homefans to attend the Flamengo-Fortaleza game at the Maracana on 1st July 2023. This was the most entertaining and enjoyable aspect of our two week holiday in Brazil, and I would recommend it to anyone - even those who aren't big soccer fans. Matheus met us as planned at the metro station, near Copacabana, and brought us for drinks to a place where Flamengo fans congregate, about 10 mins walk from the stadium. We were in an upper tier of the stadium, to the side of one of the goals, and the atmosphere was electric - very noisy and excited fans singing, dancing and chanting for the entire game. And the fact that Flamengo won 2-0 was great! Matheus then brought us back on the metro and made sure we got back OK. Overall, a superb service - we felt very much looked after by Matheus, and it was great value at €79 per person. Highly recommended!

If you are in rio you MUST see a Flamengo match. The atmosphere in the stadium is unique. Matheus has made our experience in the stadium perfect. He is a good guide who always looks out for his clients. You feel that it is important to him that you take home a great experience. With his great english knowledge he could give us a lot of information about his club and brazilian football. We will for sure come back and watch other games with Matheus! We loved it.

Matheus is an amazing host. He takes care of every detail & makes sure you fell safe the hole time. Every detail was thoughtfully planned out. The seats we had were pretty good and had a blast hanging out with the group. Flamengo fans energy is contagious & probably the wildest I´ve ever seen. This was an authentic experience which everyone travelling to Río should do at the Football Temple Maracaná. Book now!

I was lucky enough to witness the Rio Derby between Flamego and Fluminense, words cannot describe the feeling of being in the maracana indulging into this atmosphere! Was just unbelievable all round. Matheus was a Legend, well organised and offered great depth and knowledge whilst sharing my passion of football! 11/10 would recommend this experience. the intensity of the crowd was unbelievable and just made me fall in love with Brazil and Brazilian football even more! Memories for a lifetime!
