The Flamengo basketball team, or FlaBasquete as we call it, is the best basketball team in Brazil and, in addition, it’s the greatest national basketball champion! Inside the court the show is guaranteed, but in the stands too! Come with me to support Flamengo with local fans who have a great party while cheering for Rubro-Negro!
Our experience starts when we meet in your hotel lobby and we will go to the stadium by metro. This is much nicer because we will be in contact with other fans who will be going to the match and with other people who are in their daily lives. We will then arrive at Maracanãzinho, a multi-sport stadium where the Flamengo basketball team plays its games. We’ll take a walk around the stadium that is attached to the great Maracanã, we’ll talk about clubs, competitions and sport in general! This is our pre-match, so we’ll have a few beers (or other desired drink) and have some barbecues!
Did the ball go up? Now is the time to unconditionally support FlaBasquete! You will have an authentic experience of going to a Flamengo game as if you were a local fan, living the carioca culture and entering the considered “biggest crowd in the world” as if you had lived it all your life!
After being in a game full of emotions and making sure that you will have amazing memories for the rest of your life, it’s time to go home!
You will be able to experience a Flamengo Basketball game together with a local who will guide you throughout the evening. No need to worry about planning where to go, how to get a ticket for entrance or how to travel. We got you covered. This experience includes a match ticket, subway ticket, English speaking guide, 1 barbecue and 2 local beers.
Verified Homefans Host 58 Reviews I'm Matheus, a football fan who has a degree in History and developed his research on his greatest passion: football, more precisely, football fans! So, I believe I have several stories to tell! I'm a die hard Flamengo fan and I've been going to my club's matches since I was little! I've been organizing tours and matches for a few years here in Homefans and I know exactly what a local fan does on a match day in Rio de Janeiro! Want to live this experience? Come with me!
