The amazing city of Lisbon has, in the last years have received many prizes from official tourism organizations declaring it one of the best cities in the world to visit. The weather, the squares and avenues, the food and drinks and the friendly welcome from the Portuguese come together to make this alluring city a must-visit.
On this tour, we join sports with the wider Lisbon culture. We will start at Benfica stadium, visiting the stadium and its museum, finding out more about the biggest team in Portugal and its stadium built to hold the Euro 2004. Benfica is my team and holds a record of more than 160.000 members.
After the stadium we will take a cab to the city center in order to explore the squares, discover more about Lisbon’s history and try some Portuguese petiscos, such as a delicious ginginha, or pastel de bacalhau.
