Welcome to Rome, the Eternal City – Italy’s majestic capital and home to the mighty SS Lazio. My name is Thomas, and together we will enjoy a typical day in Rome of a Lazio supporter!

We will have the opporturnity to walk around Rome and his beauty, visit the stadium-zone, enjoy a typical Roman lunch or dinner, and drink with the supporters before the match, everything with an incredible electric atmosphere that will bring you into the stadium full of emotions!

In their distinctive light blue and white colours (a homage to Greece and the Olympics) SS Lazio have spent the majority of their history in the top tier of Italian football. Since their formation in 1900 this team has stood strong through political turbulence and as such have a proud and passionate supporters group.

I will also be able to help you enjoy the rest of your time in Rome.  Want to try truly Italian Pizza?  Want to see hidden gems away from the tourist trail?  I will be able to guide you…

Are Italy's stadiums open? At what capacity?

As of October 2021 Italy’s stadiums are opening at 75% capacity.

However please note that this is subject to immediate change without notice and that Homefans and our local hosts have no control over this.

Will I need to prove I am vaccinated? Or show a negative test?

Yes, for major sporting events Italy has a Green Pass.  You will need to show proof of double vaccination in the official pass issued by your government.  Failing that you can show proof of a negative PCR taken 48 hours prior to arrival in Italy (72 hours for US, Canada, Israel or Japan)

Is the match date confirmed?

We publish the latest information we have from the clubs regarding the schedule.  However these are tentative.  For weekend fixtures matches can take place any time from Friday to Sunday.  For midweek matches you should be prepared for the match to take place one day earlier or later than stated.  Please consider this when making your wider travel plans.

Where in the stadium will I be sitting?

Please refer to the inclusions section.

In the rare event this is not documented this means that we source different tickets match to match.  We will always strive to offer you the best seats available.

How many people will be on the tour?

The maximum number of people the host will allow is stated above. However this number may not always be met and it may even be possible that your party is on the tour on your own. Higher numbers make for a more sociable experience, lower numbers make for more personalised attention from your host. Look at it as a win/win!

Can children / young adults join the tour?

If we can accept children there will be an option in the booking flow. However for many trips our local hosts take the decision, based on the content of the tour, to open this up to adults only. If you are looking to travel with under 18’s, please feel free to contact us and we can discuss your options.
