Overview

River Museum houses the most precious treasures of Club Atlético River Plate history. In over 110 years, the institution has lived glorious moments both in sports as institutional.

Both in football as in the association level, the Museum reflects those great moments in different ways. Undoubtedly, River Plate is the largest club of Argentina and its recognition is worldwide. Those idols, objects, and places are at the heart of the Monumental stadium

Through the Time Tunnel, tourists can chronologically know the leading central figures of River Plate, those teams that made the club bigger, the best goals, memorable wins, and the most valuable trophies, all these related to the national and international history of the club.

You will be able to take photos of trophies and shirts. You’ll know curiosities and the main room of Libertadores Cup Winner in Madrid in 2018.

You will access the Stadium for a stand view ( access to the pitch is temporary not available) to appreciate largest stadium in both Argentina and all of South America with a capacity of 83,196 (84.567 in 2024) and is also home of the Argentina national football team

See you there!

Please note we need a minimum of 2 people to operate the tour.  If you make this booking for 1 person and no other passengers are booked for the same day, we will get in touch to discuss alternatives.

Fun day with Rama

We had a great experience, and I also want to share some pics of our great tour with Rama.

Fun time, Rama is great!

Rama picked us up from where we were staying and took us to the stadium. My husband and I do not speak much Spanish, so Rama made sure we understood what the tour guide was saying. Then, Rama took us through the museum, which is fantastic. He explained to us much of the history of the River Plate team. We had a great day. We hope to come back to Argentina and see a River Plate game, and to visit Rama again. Thank you so much!
