Depending on the matchday ( and time) we will meet at the legendary “supportershome” of FC Utrecht or in the city center.
The city of Utrecht is famous for its beautiful canals, the old town squares and the tallest church tower of The Netherlands, the Dom. The city has a lot to offer. We will see the old town, drink some beers and taste some bitterbals. During our tour, I will tell you more about the history of the city and the footballclub. If Utrecht play’s on Sunday it might be more fun to skip the tour to the old town and meet in the pub inside the stadium. The famous stand of the ultra’s, the Bunnikside, has his own pub inside. The supporters like to do their pre match drinks there. Normally this pub is for members only, but I’ll get you inside. In here we will experience the prematch tension, talk to other supporters and will take a look at the memorabilia inside.
We will watch the game from the Bunniksde. Home of the ultra’s of FC Utrecht. Although the Bunnikside is famous for its fanatic supporters, we will find a place where we can enjoy the thrilling atmosphere without being in danger. I’ll teach you the fans chants and explain their meaning. It’s also possible to select an other seating area. Although I will not be able to join you there, we can meet after the game to discuss the game and drink some more beers in the supportershome.
