Experience a football game like never before with our Medellin Soccer Matchday adventure. Join us for an unforgettable day at Estadio de Fútbol Atanasio Girardot, home to the passionate fans of either Atletico Nacional or Independientes Medellin, depending on your chosen date!
We’ll immerse ourselves in the heart of the action, standing among the ultras/fanaticos. For Atletico Nacional, we’ll be in tribuna Sur, and for Independientes, tribuna Norte.
Our journey begins a few hours before kickoff, allowing us time to gather, get to know each other, and perhaps enjoy some drinks and food (not included). This is your chance to ask any questions about the city or the football culture. Although I’m not a local, I can offer great tips and insights.
As game time approaches, we’ll head to the stadium. I’ll provide safety instructions to ensure a smooth experience (the stadium is very safe, but it’s always good to be prepared). We’ll also have the opportunity to learn and practice some chants if you’re up for it.
The match itself lasts 90 minutes with a 15-minute halftime break, but the excitement often extends well beyond the final whistle. Post-game, we usually head to one of the lively Ruta 66 bars in Laureles to celebrate with $1 beers and tacos.
If you have any questions or need more information, feel free to send a message. We look forward to sharing this incredible football experience with you!
Before the match we will get in touch with you to share the meeting point and to share all the necessary details for the matchday.
From the arranged meeting point, we will meet up at a local bar near the stadium for some drinks and local food ,while our guide tells you about the club, their history, players and the chants you are going to sing on the match. You will also be provided with the jerseys of the team that will be supported for the match
We'll arrive with plenty of time to soak in the pre-game excitement, and then enjoy a thrilling match.
