What we will do

Hi, I’am Tobias a Platense fan. I would love to be your local host on Platense’s stadium known as “Estadio Ciudad de Vicente López”. Since I was born I’ am a passionate for football and more specifically from Platense, the club which my family made me love.

Our Platense matchday experience will start with the trip to the stadium, where we will enjoy the awesome neighborhood of Vicente Lopez, which is Platense’s home. We will also enjoy the pre-match experience near the stadium where Platense’s fans meet.

After drinking some beers and experiencing the pre-match we will enter the stadium. We will be able to have a prime location near the field, where you feel as if you were inside the pitch.

Finally, after the match I will take you back to your place. Remember that you won’t have to worry about anything due that we have organized everything so that you can simply enjoy and learn about our obsession that is football.

Tobi, by his own admission, doesn’t support the biggest team in Buenos Aires but they are the club of his family. And that passion really came across from him in welcoming us to his club with a plethora of knowledge passed on to us and he made us feel very welcome. He also took us to a local bar for pre match food and drinks and the locals on the terraces were very welcoming too when they realised we were English, all wanting to take pictures with us. It was a heartwarming experience with Tobi and one I thoroughly enjoyed and recommend.

Our host was Tobias, A good guy who is a keen Platense fan. We watched a game v Independiente . We were picked up at the time agreed and taken back after the game. Tobias delivered exactly what was agreed via homefans. Platense is one of the smaller clubs of the 8 we watched on our trip as a result you feel must closer to the 'grass roots' of football here and closer to the fans. A smaller but just as passionate crowd. Tobias informed us of the history of Platense and the issues that effect the club, he told us about their main rivals. Overall a great experience and well worth visiting this club.

Amazing atmosphere in the ground. Our host Tobias picked us up from the hotel and took us for prematch drinks and once the game ended he took us back to our hotel.

Tobias was a great host, we got picked up from the hotel and went for a few drinks before the game. Good atmosphere in the ground and we got dropped off at the hotel after.

Had a great time with Tobias, communication prior to the match was good, he picked me up from my hotel, had a beer before the match in a local bar, he gave me a lot of information about Platense and after the match he droped me of at my hotel again, everything was perfect!

We went to Platense against Estudiantes. Tobias took us to a BBQ restaurant before the game. The food was really delicious and the beer tasted great too. Platense has a somewhat smaller stadium than the larger clubs, but the atmosphere was great here too. We were among the fanatical supporters and that was great to experience. After the game Tobias gave us a tour of the neighborhood where we saw a beautiful mural of Maradona. Only downside was that we couldn't buy a shirt. Especially the one with the Sparta advertising on the back was beautiful. Just another good reason to come again. Good luck with your studies Tobias and thanks for everything!!
