Yes. If you need to change the departure date of your trip, room sharing option or have another issue, we can help. Just contact us to make some changes.
Airfares are not included in the cost of your Homefans trip (with the exception of air transfers once on your trip). You can either book the flights yourself (just let us know your flight details so we can add these to your booking) or we can book them for you, offering our competitive schedules and rates.
We offer a variety of discounts on our trips. Past passenger discounts, multi-trip discounts, and group travel discounts are all available, as well as early payment discounts and competitive last minute deals.
We keep our group sizes low so you have the freedom to move around and get involved with your surroundings, as well as more personal attention from our local ambassadors and our team. This intimate size ensures that your group will not crowd your experience. You can expect up to 16 travelers on a trip but the average is 6.
Most prices are based on twin share, unless otherwise specified. Some trips offer single occupancy for an additional cost or triple/quad-share for a reduced price.
As we are not a ticket agent, we provide tickets only as part of our organized trips.
It is not necessary to pay any extras. The displayed prices are always inclusive of all surcharges, taxes and booking fees. The price displayed is always based on a standard hotel, activities, trip manager and match ticket which will be clearly indicated.
We want to make sure you’re satisfied with your trip and all the activities around your trip. Therefore we prefer to speak to you offline rather than let you book everything without knowing how it exactly works.
Once you’re happy with trip we give you some preferred methods of payments. Our travelers never have to pay the full amount as we require a deposit for the trip. For fans, by fans.
Yes, you can pay in 3 instalments. The size and timing of these instalments are as follows:
1. the first payment of 30% of total cost must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
2. the second payment of 30% of total cost must be paid no later than 74 days before your event begins.
3. the final payment of 40% of the total cost must be paid no later than 58 days before your event begins.

With so many travel agencies around the world nowadays its hard to trust a company. We are happy to help you with every step to make it a truly unforgettable football experience.
Therefore we communicate every step of the trip. We’ll provide you our contact details as well just to make sure you can always call us if needed. There will always be a local ambassador in your destination, so you are in safe hands!
If it says failed/pending it means that the payment has not and will not go through. First of all, please try to pay from another browser. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank to check with them first for possible reasons:
1. Not enough funds in the account.
2. The maximum daily limit set by the bank for a transaction.
3. Default block on international transfers – check your bank to ensure they allow international transfers with your card.
4. Your bank requires you to activate 3-D secure, a feature that we support. 3-D secure is an extra layer of security where you are redirected to your bank to submit a personal pin code in order to identify the buyer before the purchase goes through. If the bank that issues your card does not support Verified by VISA / Secure Code by MasterCard and 3D secure, then the transaction will be declined and another card needs to be used
These trips are relatively small. There are only between 6 – 16 people on each trip. All of them will fully book in advance. We recommend booking far in advance by paying a 30% deposit to secure your spot. Most trips will be full or nearly full within 58 days.
After making your booking you will receive a confirmation of your booking and payment via email. This confirmation also shows all details, hotels and any extras added to your trip. No later than 14 days prior to departure, you will receive your travel documents and itinerary by email. This will contain information such as:

The Homefans experience is your experience. We create just enough structure so that you can plug into the different matches, activities, and people as you wish.
2. Confirmation of your football tickets.
We will confirm the booking of your football tickets within these documents. The football tickets will be sent before the match, by courier, to the hotel. This is 100% safe. Any vouchers for stadium tours will be delivered, together with your football tickets. Your transfers and other reserved extras will be separately confirmed in your travel documents.
3. Emergency numbers which you can use to reach us during your trip.
In the unlikely event that you have an urgent question for us whilst you are away we have two emergency number at your disposal, 24 hours a day, where we can be reached.
The vast majority of Homefans experiences are not only safe, but outright life changing. Taking responsibility for your personal safety when traveling is important for us. And it’s just as important when you’re using Homefans. We take your safety very seriously. So should you.
Though we love our football, it’s not ALL about the beautiful game. We can take you on stadium tours, bar visits or even organize five-a-side tournaments etc, depending on the destinations we’re visiting. However, if there is something your group would like to do specifically, it is YOUR trip and we’ll happily organize any number of activities on request.
We also organize local events for our trips to connect and meet other local fans around the world before match days.
Yes. Our football trips are fully customizable and can be extended, but not shortened. You can use the calendar to determine your preferred travel dates. Please get in touch so we can help you to create a package that suits your expectations.
Unfortunately, the start and end of the game do not allow for same day travel. Therefore, a minimum stay of 1 night is required. We communicate it clearly when it’s possible.
Absolutely. We endeavor to cater to the individual needs of all of our travelers so where possible, we will organize trips centered around specific matches. Please speak to one of our team for details.
Please be aware, however, that certain matches are more expensive than others. So if you’d like to see Barcelona or Real Madrid, these experiences can come at a higher price.
We will send out an arrival document two weeks prior to the start of the event. It will include all you need to know to prepare for the trip.
No you can’t. To join Homefans you have to book the full package with us. We always reserve a full house or similar and a big part of the experience is all the people you share the trip with. If you’re not staying with us you’re not getting the full Homefans experience.
