Supply Manager

Buenos Aires, Argentina. Full-time / Part-time

Homefans is a UK-based, fast-growing fan-led sports marketplace founded with the mission to connect sports fans through sports. We connect travellers going to destinations who are looking for things to do, with locals, travel companies and clubs and federations that offer unique and authentic sports experiences.

The Supply Manager is the ambassador of Homefans in a specific location for the marketplace supply side. He/she is responsible for maximising the contribution of a territory to the bottom line, but also to find creative and cost-effective solutions to scale further and diversify revenue sources for the marketplace.



  • Increase the available supply for products, keeping the maximum cost efficiency with great service for customers
  • Supply onboarding
  • Coordinate the Homefans Signature Products (ticket + host allocation, procurement of tickets in advance, guest management)
  • Financial analysis of the Homefans Signature Products
  • Define new up/cross-sale opportunities for the destination

Host Management

  • Have a clear understanding of the hosts in the territory and manage them systematically
  • Have a special leadership role with the host community in Argentina
  • Effectively communicate the updates and practices on the marketplace and enforce warnings and fines. Cherish the highs as well
  • Manage the supply payment process
  • Align the host community to co-create more listings together

Product Development

  • Create new Homefans Signature Productsthat will bring new booking opportunities
  • Co-create with hosts or third parties new products that blend with other tourism verticals (food, culture, adventure, participation)
  • Find and develop other sports experiences in the destination (and find supply/partners for those)
  • Filter product inventory on a monthly basis
  • Define an affiliate program and system with third parties to send our customers to their products and get a commission (and vice versa)


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a supply / project management role
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Energetic and highly motivated with a drive to succeed and grow
  • Attention to detail and organization in daily tasks
  • Thrives working collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passionate about the travel, leisure, and hospitality space
  • Experience in tech marketplace companies is an added value
