The Role

As an Operations & Customer Service Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and seamless sports experiences while providing outstanding support to our hosts and travelers.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager, assisting in daily operations, managing bookings, and handling customer interactions to maintain high service standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced scale-up environment, giving you the chance to gain valuable experience in both operations and customer service within the travel and sports industry.

You Will:

  • Support the coordination of sports experiences by working closely with local hosts and ensuring they meet high standards.
  • Manage customer bookings, respond to inquiries, and address challenges to maintain an excellent customer experience.
  • Assist in streamlining operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for our hosts and experiences.
  • Assist travelers with bookings, cancellations, and general support before and during their experiences.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all users

What Do You Like to Do & What Have You Already Done:

  • You’re currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sports Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • You’re a quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • You’re passionate about sports and understanding sports cultures.
  • You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and loves solving problems.
