Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Manager with 2–3 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the travel, sports, or marketplace industries. This role requires a strong emphasis on digital sales, focusing on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across Europe. Marketplace and travel (tech) experience is a massive plus. 

Responsibilities

  • B2C Sales Growth: Design, and implement sales actions and tactics for outbound sales. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers, contributing to revenue growth. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings.
  • Onboarding: Guide and assist new customers through their Customer Journey process, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize our platform effectively.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Homefans, advocating for their needs and ensuring a customer-centric approach in all business processes.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in customer success, account management, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel, sports, or marketplace industries is highly desirable.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer issues.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, customer success tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Location: Based in Europe, with the ability to work European business hours.
  • Language: Fluent in English; Spanish is a massive add-on, and other languages are a plus.
