Matheus was an excellent guide for the Flamengo basketball game. He was very knowledgable about the history of the club overall, and knew a lot about the players on the basketball team. Although the level of basketball in the Brazilian NBB league is lower than what many basketball fans would expect from the NBA, it was still quite a fun experience watching two teams composed of mostly Brazilians play. The seats are quite close to the court so you get a great view of the game, and refreshments are available. Matheus is a great guy who speaks very solid English, so he is easy to communicate with during the game. I highly recommend going to the game through Matheus if you want an authentic Brazilian basketball experience! Obrigado.

We had such a wonderful time with Matheus! He picked us up a couple hours early, so that we could enjoy the pre-game VIP experience at the Botafogo football match. We then enjoyed the game in great seats, as well as the post-game VIP experience. If you really want to enjoy a football match with a friendly, knowledgeable local fan, Matheus is your Man!

The hosts faced major challenges in getting us into the game because of the ticket demands, but they did a fantastic job of getting us into the game. They went above and beyond and were also wonderful to talk to.

Amazing experience!! 10/10 and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience a soccer match in Maracana in a safe and comfortable environment. We were in Rio on a business trip and checked to see if there were playing any matches in Maracana during our stay. Long story short we found this website and after reading the good reviews we bought the tickets. Matheus (and Bruna) was an excellent host and guide; everything went exactly as described: we met with Matheus and took the metro to a bar close to the stadium. In the bar we enjoyed some nice drink and food, very reasonably priced and nice/safe environment. After Matheus handed us our tickets and we took a short walk to Maracana stadium and got inside without any problems; we enjoyed the game (they sold beer at 3$!!) and when it was over we walked back to the same bar, but we were tired and decided to take an uber to the hotel. Everything went exactly as described ; we had an absolutely great time and would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to experience a football match in Maracana. Will probably do it again next time we are in Rio :)

This is a first rate operation, run with excellent personal attention from Matheus and Bruna. As well as a unique experience among the Maracana crowd an unforeseen bonus was meeting and bantering with other group members. A brilliant experience.
