We had an amazing time watching Botafogo play. Matheus and his crew were fantastic hosts, going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to watch a great game of football. The experience was well organised from start to finish and lots of fun. My partner is no football expert but she loved it - it’s an activity for anybody, not just those who love football! A must do if visiting Rio, thanks again Matheus!

This was such an incredible experience. Matheus and his friend Daniel were excellent hosts. I did not have to worry about any of the details or planning at any point- Matheus took care of everything. The Botofogo crowd was electric and the atmosphere was one of the best I have been to. The whole time it felt like going to a game with friends, rather then a tour- which made it even more special. I highly recommend this experience as Matheus makes it all so easy. This was one of, if not the, top highlight of our time in Rio.

Wow!! What an experience. We attended Botafogo v Coritiba while on holiday from the UK and it was a truly unforgettable day. Our guide, Matheus, was brilliant form the word go. He gave me assurances that everything promised by Homefans would be taken care of and he was right. He kept me informed of arrangements etc and was there at the arranged meeting place to greet us with a friendly smile... and soon after a beer too! It could have been a daunting experience going to a game in a place I'd never been to before but Matheus was friendly, chatty and impeccably organised. He and his fellow guide did everything to make sure we enjoyed our day to the full, right down to getting us amazing barbecued food taking us all to a good spot to get an Uber back to our respective hotels. Very impressed with our guides and with Homefans.

It was an amazing experience. Matheus and Daniel were very kind and cautious with the group. We were arrived 2 hors before the beginning of the game and we shared some beers and tasty skewers in the street with the other fans. Very nice atmosphere. It’s perfect to go with friends or in family. Great immersion in the Carioca way of life. Highly recommended!! Go Botafogoooooo 😉!

An unbelievable experience, well worth the money, especially if you are a football fan. Matheus was a brilliant host from start to finish - he was organised, helpful, and informative. We met beforehand for beers and BBQ and to meet the others in the group. The atmosphere both before, during and after the match was so upbeat and energetic. Good vibes all round. Matheus and his friend Daniel were very welcoming and we chatted a lot about football and other sports. We highly recommend.
