Hello, there! I'm Mari, a 26 year old football fan who will be very excited to show you what is like to live the most authentic experience of a footie fan in Rio de Janeiro.
I am very communicative, outgoing and a true carioca, since I've lived in Rio for all my life.

As a P.E.'s teacher daughter, sports have been in my life ever since I can remember, but football has a special place in my heart. And I inherited my father's love not only for football, but also for Botafogo, the glorious and Brazil's most traditional club.

Nilton Santos Satdium (and Maracana, before that) have been my second home for a very long time now, and I'm sure we'll have a great time together vising these two football's temple.

I’m not normally one to leave a review but this was an amazing experience I’ve done a good few trips with Homefans but this was definitely the best and most informative. The guides knew everything about the club and provided us with a wealth of knowledge. Next time I am in Rio I will definitely be coming back to see my friends at Botafogo!

This is a proper football experience!!! After being picked up, its food and drinks on the streets close to the ground with the locals. Seats in the ground were excellent, right in the heart of the atmosphere!!!   Mari was brilliant, everything ran like clockwork!!!   This was real football with real fans!!! Thank you so much!!!

Highly recommend going to a Botafogo match with Mari!!! Amazing stadium, passionate fans and Mari knows it all about Botafogo and football in Brazil. I was very short on time before the match, but Mari went out of her way to make sure that we'll get to the stadium for kickoff. We met up with her friends and later stayed in the neighborhood for post-game drinks and food. Great day, great memories!!!

Thanks for a very well organised matchday experience! Transportation to the stadium went smoothly despite heavy traffic. Great experience to attend the match as part of a group of like-minded fans from all over the world! The match itself and the atmosphere in the stadium were unforgettable!

My wife and I had an incredible match day experience thanks to Mari! From the moment we arrived, Mari's warm and friendly welcome set the tone for a memorable day. She guided us through the vibrant atmosphere, ensuring we didn't miss out on any of the local traditions and delicious food. Mari's deep knowledge of the team and the area added a layer of authenticity to our experience that we wouldn't have gotten elsewhere. She was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. Mari truly made our visit special, and I can't recommend her enough for an unforgettable Brazilian football experience!
