Visiting Estadio Olímpico Universitario, the mythical stadium that hosted the 1968 Olympics, is a must when in Mexico City, so what better way to do it than with football involved as you watch Pumas, one of mexican football’s big four teams, on their home turf along some of the best football fans this country has to offer.
The matchday experience will begin with a gathering a meeting point near Ciudad Universitaria, UNAM’s main campus that was recently declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
From there, we’ll take a quick walk towards Estadio Olímpico Universitario, home of Pumas in Liga MX, just as you learn all about the the largest and most prestigious university in Latin America and spanish-speaking countries and the club that represents it in mexican football’s top flight division.
