The Greek emperor of sports welcomes you to Athens. Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium or Olympic stadium of Athens? Wherever it is going to be, prepare yourself for an unforgettable football experience. Together we will visit the fans’ hangouts, get to know the Greek culture around football and of course meet the notorious GATE 13, one of the most dedicated and impressive fans’ movement around the world.
You have surely watched at least once a video footage from the stands of Panathinaikos fans with the amazing choreographies, the pyro shows and the fantastic atmosphere they create and has managed to bend all the great visiting clubs. Have you wondered how you would feel if you experienced it in person and among them? It will surely be a once in a lifetime show.
Our kick-off will be several hours before the match kick-off to allow us time to meet with other local fans and have long chats on football, travels and the Greek culture around football, enjoying the traditional and world-famous souvlaki (meat skewers) and of course, having lots of great beers before putting on our new scarves (official merchandise) and heading to the pitch. During the game, we will try to learn some of the fans songs and the best performer will have a beer on me! And what a better way to close our day with some more drinks?
