As COVID-19 cases start to rise across Europe you may have questions; what happens to my booking?  Should I still book for 2022?  Let us answer these for you…

Since the start of the pandemic, Homefans has strived to offer flexibility and confidence to their customers and 2022 will be no different. While we cannot predict what will happen yet we have listed below some possible scenarios and what will happen to the money you have paid.

If stadiums close or start to operate at reduced capacity and we are therefore no longer able to get tickets any money paid becomes Homefans Credit.  This can be used for ANY trip with us in the future or transferred to a friend.

For those of you who have booked multi-day trips –  if you decide not to travel (for any reason) more than 45 days before the start of your tour we can transfer any money paid to another match in the future, or transfer this to a friend.

We strongly advise that all travellers for 2022 take out adequate travel insurance.  This will help protect you against border closures (both at home and abroad).

And rest assured that we work with our fantastic network of Local Hosts ensure we always have up-to-date information – which we will pass on to all customers who have confirmed bookings.

In short, your booking with us is COVID-19 protected.  So don’t miss out – the big matches for 2022 are in high demand – so start planning your next football adventure – click here for some inspiration.
