Are you ready to experience Krakow’s Holy War?  Visitors flock to Krakow for its grand medieval squares, groovy bar scene and World War II history. And the football? Well, it’s definitely worth the trip.

This 3 day trip will be led by one of our very best Krakow football guides – passionate about both their city and football they will ensure you experience Krakow in a way other tours cannot.

Krakow is home to Wisla and Cracovia – two ancient clubs with fearsome fans and a rivalry which makes for a powerful Krakow derby known as The Holy War.

You’ll experience Poland’s fiercest city derby through local eyes. And see what happens when two of Europe’s most notorious supporter groups go head to head.

Your 3 day trip to the Krakow derby includes accommodation, match tickets, some meals, a stadium tour and of course the guidance of the Homefan’s local host to help you discover Krakow like a local. Plus you’ll be joined by a small group of like-minded sports fans to create an experience which is connected, memorable and enjoyable.

The Holy War isn’t for the faint-hearted. But if you want to experience a city derby with smoke, fire, and a whole lot of history, you can’t beat this trip to Krakow.

Book with total flexibility and security.

Homefans and their local hosts are now taking 2021/22 bookings for The Krakow Derby – and while we don’t know the exact dates yet, given stadiums will have been closed for 18+ months there will be huge demand. We have opened this tour up for bookings on 01 Jan 2022 which will allow you to make a booking and guarantee your place.

Is now a good time to book? What about COVID-19?
We believe so! After all, don't we all need something to look forward to right now?

Homefans believe that this tour will operate for the May fixture. However, in the event that does not happen the amount paid simply becomes Homefans credit. You can transfer this to a later date (with no time limit), transfer to another tour, or even give it to a friend. This flexibility also applies if you decide to cancel for any reason.
How many people will be on the tour?
he host for this tour will allow a maximum of 20 people. However this number may not always be met and it may even be possible that your party are on the tour on your own. Higher numbers make for a more sociable experience, lower numbers make for more personalised attention from your host. Look at it as a win/win!
Are children/young adults allowed on the tour?
Our local host has taken the decision, based on the content of the tour to open this up to adults only. If you are looking to travel with under 18's please feel free to contact us and we can discuss your options
Can you cater to dietary requirements?
Our locals hosts will do everything they can to cater to travellers needs. Its a good idea to share your requirements at the time of booking so that our host is able to make the required preparations
Where does the tour group meet?
This tour does not include transfers so you will need to make your way to the hotel which will be in Krakow's old town. If you need help with transfers let us know...
Will I have to share a room?
In order to keep the costs low we always offer prices based on 2 sharing. If you make a booking for an odd number of people you or another member of your party may be paired with another traveller of the same sex. If you wish you may pay a supplement for a guaranteed single room. Simply make your booking as normal and get in touch with us to arrange this.
