Italy in general, and Rome, in particular, is famous for its dolce vita lifestyle where everything is seen through rose-colored glasses and real life appears to be a never-ending vacation. We want you to feel how the Romans live and more than that, how they experience football with this ultimate four day trip including two European home matches in February.
As we said, you will explore one of the greatest cities on earth, an incredible cuisine, pizzas, beers, Vespa tours, and two European clashes in the next round of the knock out stages.
We will meet you at your top location accommodation with our local host. Now it is time either to rest and drop your bags or go have a nice walk around the old town. There are plenty of things to see and enjoy.
After that, we welcome you to join us during a very traditional Italian dinner before the match, in a place that only locals go. Believe us, they are crazy about food, and we are pretty sure you are going to love it too! Later on, we’ll take you to a neighborhood where we can find the best bars in town, drink some birras and why not extend to some of the best Italian nightclubs?!
In the evening, we’ll prepare and get ready for the first match of the knock out stage between AS Roma v FC Porto and walk towards Stadio Olimpico, hang out with local Italians and enjoy some pre-match drinks. After the match, we recommend having an Italian dinner to tell the great stories about the day we had. And for the brave ones, why not extend the night to a bar and enjoy the beautiful Roman nightlife?!
Rome is a vast, brilliant city that would take years to fully explore. Today is totally open for you to customize your visit to whatever interests you most in the capital of Italy.
Meet up with the group in the evening to enjoy dinner and drinks at one of the city’s most beloved local trattorias. If you’re still on your feet, get to know Rome properly by checking out the popular bar scene in Campo de’ Fiori.
Match Day! Today it’s time for another European tie between SS Lazio v Sevilla FC in the Europa League. We will leave our hotel and head to some of the most important squares in the city, seat down in a nice pizzeria and enjoy some pizzas and beers provided by Homefans before the match. For those who want to enjoy some more sightseeing, feel free to explore the city.
In the evening, we’ll head to Stadio Olimpico again for the European tie. We’ll be sitting amongst the Lazio fans in the home end and experience one of the biggest matches of this round in the Europa League!
Sadly, this is your last day in Italy… for now. After breakfast, the hotel will store your bags so you can explore a bit more.
After that, we believe that there are people who unfortunately will have to go back home. Now it is time to say goodbye, pack your stuff and go back home with unforgettable memories!
