Hey! I’m Liber and I invite you to come and visit one of the greatest cities in South América: Montevideo!
In the morning, you will take an early ferry across the Rio de la Plata to Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay.
The city is small but with a vibrant atmosphere, home of amazing steaks, wines, and beautiful large avenues surrounded by an unique architecture, that you can discover while wandering down the colonial streets of one of South America’s historical capitals.
During the day, I will show you the 3 Big Stadiums of Montevideo! We will start by visiting the Estadio Centenario, which had the honor to host the first World Cup final game between Uruguay & Argentina in 1930.
Afterwards, we will go to the first Goal Monument at Pocitos neighborhood, where one of the Stadiums of the 1930 World Cup used to be.
Later on, we will visit the Gran Parque Central Stadium, which hosted the very first World Cup Game in the history of football!
Last, but not least, we are going to the Campeón del Siglo Stadium. This is the home of Club Atletico Peñarol.
After the Stadium Tours, we are going to finish our trip in a gorgeous old school bar to celebrate your visit and try some classic Uruguayan dishes.
Afterwards, at around 6 pm, you will take the ferry back to Buenos Aires to continue your trip in Argentina.
So what are you waiting for? Book your Trip to Montevideo now and get ready to immerse into the Uruguayan culture!
