The Role

As a Community Manager (Supply Network), you will be the primary point of contact for our local hosts, companies, and clubs that list their experiences on our marketplace. Your role is pivotal in nurturing these relationships, ensuring high-quality experiences for our users, and expanding our host network. This is a hands-on role that provides a unique opportunity to shape the community of a high-growth scale-up.

You Will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local hosts, companies, and clubs, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Onboard new hosts and partners, guiding them through the process of listing their experiences and ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant and active host network.
  • Monitor host performance and feedback, providing coaching and resources to help them succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align community initiatives with company goals.
  • Organize and facilitate events and workshops to encourage knowledge sharing and community building among hosts.

What Do You Like to Do & What Have You Already Done:

  • You have experience in community management, supplier relationship management, or a related field.
  • You’re a people person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • You have a passion for sports and a deep understanding of various sports cultures.
  • You’re adept at using community management tools and platforms.
  • You’re proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • You have a track record of developing and implementing successful community engagement strategies.
