What about getting to personally know the place where it all started for Diego Maradona? This tour around the streets of La Paternal covers it all: the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium (the same ground in which he played for the first time and at his best in Argentina), the Argentinos Juniors’ museum, located under one of the terraces and the shrine, built by the club after Diego’s passing away to collect and protect the thousands of souvenirs that people has left there for him.

We’ll also get a glimpse of the tranquil neighborhood in which Diego used to live, walking down the same streets he walked. Things haven’t changed a lot there since he moved in the early 1980s, so you’ll feel how his day-to-day was. Also, we will learn how big his impact was both in the club and the local community and what is his legacy. The surroundings and the outside walls of the stadium are packed with cool street art not only about Diego but also about other idols of the club we’ll also speak about.

Last but not least, we will visit the Argentinos Juniors’ museum and we’ll tour the stadium. “El Bicho” is a traditional side from the Argentinean first division, worldwide known as the cradle of the stars. It has a vigorous academy that provides first class footballers for the national team, from Diego Maradona to Lucas Biglia, from Fernando Redondo to Nicolás González, from José Pekerman to Sergio Batista, from Esteban Cambiasso to Román Riquelme and from Juampi Sorin to Alexis Mac Allister.
