Lying at the heart of Europe, Prague is famous for its bohemian allure and fairytale features. Its history goes back a millennium. And the beer? The best in Europe.
Enjoy the historical atmosphere of the capital city of Czechia! Prague is home to a number of well-known cultural attractions, many of them survived the violence and conflicts of 20th-century Europe. Since 1992, it has been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. You can feel the spirit on any corner of Old Town and Lesser Town streets.
The Derby is a clash between local Prague rivals Slavia and Sparta. These clubs are considered to be the most successful in the Czech football, they won league and cup titles in many times. They were both founded in the late 19th century, Slavia one year before their rivals in 1892, though Slavia did not play football until four years later.
In this tour, you will be accompanied by an English Speaking Local Host, Michal. He will meet the group in the center of the Old Town and have a local tour around the main landmarks of this amazing World Heritage Site. He will be able to make some analogies between the city and the Czech’s football culture, so make sure you take some notes!
Then, we will walk towards Dukla Stadium, the third biggest team in the city in a very old school and authentic ground. You will have access to some behind the scenes and spots that make the club special.
After the tour, we will jump in local taxis and go to the other side of the city to visit Slavia Praha at Eden Stadium. You will have the most amazing visit to the main areas of the ground, such as dressing rooms, press conference, pitch and especially the place where the Ultras stand!
To finish in the most Czech way, Michal will take you to his best bar where you can relax, chill and of course, have some nice local craft beers, tasting of 7 samples! We will wrap in the best way possible and after a few shots, Michal will say goodbye to our group, hoping to see you next time!
